Purpose of visit
The purpose of this visit, which was held with the presence of members of the Pars imen Sabzeh Sazan trade delegation, went beyond understanding the saffron industry. The main method is to model modern production systems, quality management, product processing, and processes implemented at the Mostafavi factory. Various food industry companies participated in this visit with the aim of receiving practical ideas for upgrading their processes, increasing productivity, complying with consumer standards, and using new technologies in their production lines
Executive program
In this specialized visit, participants directly observed the different production sections, as well as the stages of cultivation, harvesting, drying, processing and packaging of saffron. A practical introduction to modern equipment and quality control systems was also provided. Following this, meetings were held to raise specialized questions, review implementation solutions and exchange experiences between visitors and the factory’s executive team
Key achievements
This visit provided a valuable opportunity to learn about successful and productive models in the saffron industry. By observing first-hand how to establish cost-effective exploitation systems, the delegation members received ideas for implementation in their own processes. Also, the exchange of experiences with industry experts paved the way for the development of business relationships and the design of joint projects in the future
