This visit, attended by members of the Sabzeh-Sazan Pars Imen business delegation, aimed beyond understanding the saffron industry. The primary focus was benchmarking modern production systems, quality management, product processing, and operational processes implemented at Mostafavi Factory. Various food industry companies participated to gain practical ideas for enhancing their processes, increasing productivity, adhering to consumption standards, and adopting new technologies in their production lines.

Agenda
During this specialized visit, participants directly observed various production sections, including cultivation, harvesting, drying, processing, and packaging stages of saffron. Modern equipment and quality control systems were demonstrated. Additionally, specialized Q&A sessions were held to discuss practical solutions and exchange experiences between visitors and the factory’s executive team.
